Larry Mboga serves as an at-large member of the Eau Claire City Council, first elected in 2022 and re-elected in April 2025. Known for his strong community support, he advocates for youth development, equity, and inclusive policymaking while serving on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Commission, the Loan Administration Board, and the Tourism and Cultural Arts Grant Program Committee.
